Rather than a fixed percentage, I charge based on the number of qualified leads I generate for your business. The exact rate per lead is agreed upfront depending on your industry and the value of a new customer to you. A qualified lead is defined as a form submission or phone enquiry with a valid name, email, and phone number that came directly through your Meta ad campaign. If I don't generate leads, you don't pay a lead fee.
Yes - your ad spend goes directly to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and is completely separate from my fee. I recommend a minimum of $300-500 per month in ad spend to start seeing meaningful results. I manage everything - strategy, targeting, creative, and optimisation.
Most clients start seeing leads and enquiries within the first 2-3 weeks. Month one is about testing and dialling in what works - results typically improve significantly from month two onwards as the campaigns optimise.
No lock-in contracts. I work month to month because I'd rather keep your business by delivering results than hold you to a piece of paper.
Not much - a Facebook Business page, access to your website, and a rough idea of your monthly ad budget. I handle everything else including campaign setup, pixel installation, and audience research. There is a one-off setup fee of $200-300 to cover initial configuration which is only charged once.
For now yes - I focus exclusively on local Perth businesses. Being local means I can meet face to face, I understand the Perth market, and I'm available when you need me. Not an overseas agency you can never get on the phone.
Yes - website builds start from $1,000 and are designed to work hand in hand with your ad campaigns to maximise conversions. If your current site isn't turning visitors into enquiries, a new site is often the fastest way to improve your results.
Yes - I can create ad creatives as an add-on service. It's most helpful if you can supply your own photos or videos which I'll then edit and turn into scroll-stopping ads. Depending on the quantity you need, this may come at an additional cost. If you don't have your own content I can also create assets from scratch. We'll work out exactly what you need on our call.
